Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
O l i v e r ArtWorks verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.

What payment options are accepted by O l i v e r ArtWorks?
We do not accept credit cards. We accept checks and money orders. International customers
must submit payment in the form of an international money order, drawn from US funds.

Security

Is ordering online safe?
With O l i v e r ArtWorks, ordering online is safer than using a credit card to buy dinner in a
restaurant. We use the old-fashioned tried and true method- check or money order. I believe in
keeping it safe and simple. We don't need data encryption, server authentication, and message
integrity. Furthermore, we don't have to be registered with Verisign Inc., etc. to assure our
customers that we are valid, legal, and trusted for one to one business.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or full refund (less Shipping).
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like me to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
